Itinerary:
Day 1. Arrival / Beijing (no meals)
Arrive at Beijing, our guide will meet you with a name board. Transfer to the hotel. Free time for the rest of the day.
Day 2. Beijing (B, L)
Private tour to Tian’anmen square, the Forbidden City, and the Temple of Heaven. Enjoy the famous Beijing duck banquet for dinner at a famous restaurant.
Day 3. Beijing (B, L)
Private tour to Badaling Great Wall, Ming Tomb and the Sacred Road.
Day 4. Beijing / Shanghai (B, L, D)
Visit the Summer Palace, stop at the Bird’s Nest (Olympic national stadium) and Water Cube (Olympic aquatic center). Visit the Beijing Old Hutongs by 3-wheel rickshaw in the afternoon. Take an evening train to Shanghai.
Day 5. Shanghai (L)
Arrival in Shanghai in the morning, pick up and transfer to hotel. Private tour in Shanghai: Jade Buddha Temple, The Bund, South China Silk Factory, Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai Old Street.
Day 6. Shanghai (B, L)
Free time for your own exploration.
